Pros: Fits in my hand, buttons are well placed, feels well built. Good range and I like the ability to change the dpi settings easily. This mouse is exactly what I had looked for to use with one of my HTPCs. I really love this mouse.

Cons: So far the only down side is the port on the mouse side is not a standard USB connector. However, that is a small thing and certainly doesn't warrant losing an egg.

Other Thoughts: I have tried several different types of mice to use with an HTPC and so far this one is the best. The range is excellent, and it is very easy to access the buttons for the various functions. I use this in conjunction with a Logitech wireless keyboard, and unlike another reviewer, I have had zero compatibility issues. No glitches of any sort. The charge lasts forever, in part due to the sleep mode feature. I would definitely recommend this mouse and would pair this with every HTPC I build. I have had excellent luck with AGPtek products in general and this mouse is no exception.

Pros: Seemed like a good idea

Cons: Mouse won't work because battery will not charge. Tried to charge on 3 different computers and 2 different 120 v->5 v usb charging adapter - would not charge on any of them.
USB receiver conflicts with Logitech Unified receiver making trackball, keyboard - anything connected to the Logitech work very poorly.

Other Thoughts: Seller contacted me directly suggesting I try using it on another computer - I told him it is defective or defective design and it is in the mail to be returned for a refund. I don't recommend buying this under any circumstances and recommend against dealing with this vendor!

Pros: It is exactly the kind of product I am looking for, and it lit up when plugged into USB port. The dongle was detected and drivers installed automatically from Windows Update.

Cons: Product was DOA, would not hold a charge--as if there are no batteries; none of the keys worked. In addition, the product was advertised as: "AGPTek Wireless HandHeld USB Finger Trackball Mouse w/ Laser Pointer (Black)" But the unit that I was sent has no laser.

Other Thoughts: New Egg was not the shipper.

Pros: Nice size in your hand.

Cons: Battery defective. Only lasted for 15 minutes of use. Laser pointer defective out of the box.

Other Thoughts: Not worth your effort.

Rechargeable
Freedom from desk/mouse pad
Cat approved laser pointer

Cons: A disk with drivers to reassign buttons would be nice.

Other Thoughts: I had a similar mouse like this over 10 years ago (fellowes brand iirc) and I am glad that I found another one like it! My original lasted about a year and a half and if I can get that much life out of this one I will be pleased.

Pros: Good ergonomics
Smooth ball operation
Quality button clicking
Quality wheel scrolling and clicking

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I've used a wired USB finger mouse for a long time with my laptop so was already very comfortable with the ball operation and finger movements when I got this one. Very pleased with the quality and performance. Wish I had thought about ordering a wireless model sooner!
