Pros: Print quality is excellent. Equipped with document feeder and fax. Scan quality is high. Integrated print server that allows printing and scanning over tcp/ip. Fairly quick for an entry level multifunction. The size of the unit is small for an all in one printer equipped with laser.
Cons: No backlight on the display, making the display difficult to read.

Pros: Good quality print. Easy to use.
Cons: Poor quality hardware. Even worse support.
Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of them. One broke down within the warranty period. It took 2 months to get the problem resolved. Their support is the ABSOLUTE WORST. The second one broke down just after the warranty expired - WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. Local computer repair shops refuse to service it.

Pros: Worked great for about 6 weeks, just past the 30 Day Standard Newegg return policy! Now I'm stuck with a lemon!
Cons: Printer worked great for 6 weeks then the scanner and printer mode just stopped working. Scanning head goes through the motions and then spits out blank copies. UNACCEPTABLE for a brand new priner. Now I have to find a repair facility and haul it down myself. What a pain! I should spent a few extra bucks and bought an HP!
Other Thoughts: Buyer beware!
